Terms of Service

Last updated: May 28, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to Image To Video Generator, including the AI image to video generator, account dashboard, upload and download features, credit ledger, subscription and checkout flows, support channels, website pages, APIs that are exposed through the product interface, and any related services that refer to these terms. The terms apply whether you use the service as a visitor, free user, trial user, subscriber, one-time credit purchaser, team member, or representative of a business. Additional notices shown in the product, on the pricing page, in checkout, in a model selection screen, or in a written order may also apply to specific features. If a feature-specific notice conflicts with these terms, the more specific notice controls for that feature only.

You accept these terms by creating an account, signing in, uploading an image, writing a prompt, starting or retrying a generation job, downloading a file, buying credits, starting a subscription, using a promotional offer, contacting support about an account, or otherwise using Image To Video Generator after being given a reasonable opportunity to review the terms. If you use Image To Video Generator for a company, client, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and the words "you" and "your" include that organization where the context requires. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service and should stop any generation or billing activity.

Image To Video Generator is intended for users who can lawfully enter into online service agreements and purchase digital services in their jurisdiction. You may not use the service if applicable law bars you from doing so, if you are located in a region where access to the service is prohibited, if you are subject to sanctions that prevent the transaction, or if your account was previously suspended for serious abuse and we have not authorized a new account. If you are under the age required to form a binding contract, you may use the service only with involvement and permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms and is responsible for the account activity.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, provider requirements, security practices, pricing structures, or operational needs. When changes are material, we will use reasonable means to provide notice, such as updating the "Last updated" date, posting a notice in the service, or using account communications where appropriate. Your continued use of Image To Video Generator after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated terms for future use. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, and disputes that arose before a change may be handled under the prior version where legally required.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping it reasonably current, including the email address used for login, billing notices, support responses, security alerts, and account recovery. If you use a third-party authentication provider, you are also responsible for maintaining that provider account and any device, browser, passkey, or email inbox that can access Image To Video Generator. We may rely on the information associated with your account when sending notices, verifying requests, investigating usage, applying credits, reviewing payments, and responding to disputes. If inaccurate information prevents us from confirming ownership or delivering important notices, some account actions may be delayed or unavailable.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, sessions, devices, API-like browser access, and any shared workspace access that may be associated with your account. You should use strong authentication practices, log out from shared devices, keep your email account secure, and avoid sharing credentials with people who are not authorized to use the account. Activity that occurs through your account may be treated as authorized by you unless you promptly notify us and provide enough information for us to investigate. If you believe that your account, payment method, generated assets, or credit balance has been accessed without permission, you should contact support as soon as possible and take steps to secure your email and devices.

If you create or manage an account on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for ensuring that each user has permission to access the account and that any uploaded materials, prompts, outputs, purchases, and downloads are appropriate for the organization. You should not use a personal account in a way that exposes client confidential information unless you have authorization and suitable internal controls. When an organization pays for or controls an account, the organization may have rights to manage billing, usage, access, and assets associated with that account, subject to applicable law and the product controls available at the time.

We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts when reasonably necessary to protect Image To Video Generator, users, service providers, payment processors, model providers, or third parties. Reasons may include suspected credential compromise, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, false account information, sanctions risk, automated scraping, unusually high error or abuse patterns, violation of these terms, infringement complaints, security threats, or attempts to bypass product limits. When practical and safe, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. In urgent cases, we may act without advance notice. Suspension does not waive any amounts owed, refund obligations that apply under the Refund Policy, or rights that cannot be limited by law.

Image and Video Generation

Image To Video Generator lets users upload images, enter prompts, select available generation settings, and request AI-generated video outputs. The service is designed to help with creative workflows, previews, social assets, marketing drafts, visual experiments, and other lawful uses, but it is not a guarantee that a particular model will produce a specific scene, motion path, character pose, face, camera move, duration, resolution, or commercial result. AI systems are probabilistic, and similar inputs may produce different outputs across attempts. Results may be affected by prompt clarity, image quality, content safety rules, selected model, resolution, queue load, provider availability, and changes made by third-party model operators.

Generation jobs may pass through automated checks, provider-side processing, storage systems, credit-hold logic, and post-processing steps before a result is available. A job may fail, be delayed, be rejected by a safety system, require retry, produce visual artifacts, or become unavailable because of input format issues, model limitations, provider outages, network interruptions, or platform maintenance. We work to make the service reliable and to handle failures in a commercially reasonable way, but we do not promise uninterrupted processing, identical model behavior over time, or error-free results. Where the product restores credits or allows retries for a failed job, the applicable product behavior controls.

You are responsible for reviewing generated videos, thumbnails, filenames, prompts, and related metadata before publishing, selling, distributing, or using them in client work. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, distorted details, unintended likenesses, artifacts, text errors, brand-like elements, or content that is not appropriate for a particular audience, platform, jurisdiction, or advertising claim. Image To Video Generator does not provide legal, clearance, advertising, medical, financial, employment, or professional advice. If you plan to use an output in a regulated context, public campaign, paid advertisement, political communication, product claim, or rights-sensitive project, you should conduct your own review and obtain appropriate permissions or professional advice.

We may add, remove, rename, replace, limit, or modify models, modes, presets, resolutions, file formats, queues, safety filters, or generation settings as providers change, costs change, laws evolve, or product requirements develop. A model or feature that is available at one time may not remain available indefinitely, and prior outputs may not be reproducible. We may also apply limits to prevent abuse, manage capacity, protect third-party rights, or comply with provider policies. These changes do not create a right to a refund except where required by law or where the Refund Policy expressly applies to the affected purchase.

Your Inputs and Generated Assets

You retain the rights you already have in images, prompts, text, instructions, reference materials, and other content that you submit to Image To Video Generator. You also retain whatever rights you may lawfully acquire in generated outputs, subject to these terms, applicable law, third-party rights, provider rules, and the rights of anyone whose content, likeness, brand, property, or confidential information appears in the input or output. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs merely because you use the service. However, you grant Image To Video Generator a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, upload, download, copy, process, transmit, display, moderate, store, cache, reformat, and otherwise handle your inputs and outputs as necessary to provide, secure, support, bill for, and improve the service.

Your responsibility for inputs is especially important because AI generation can amplify legal or privacy issues that already exist in source material. You should not upload images, prompts, or references unless you have the rights and permissions needed for the intended use. This includes permissions relating to copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, performers, models, minors, private locations, confidential information, trade secrets, client materials, contractual restrictions, and platform rules that apply to your source files. If you upload content on behalf of a client or employer, you are responsible for making sure that your use of Image To Video Generator is authorized by that relationship and consistent with any confidentiality or data-handling obligations you have accepted.

Generated assets may not be unique, and similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users because AI models can respond similarly to similar prompts, public concepts, stock-like scenes, common styles, or shared model behavior. Image To Video Generator does not guarantee exclusivity, registrability, non-infringement, freedom to operate, brand clearance, or that an output can be protected as intellectual property in any jurisdiction. You should not assume that a generated output is safe for commercial use merely because the service produced it. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, keeping appropriate records, and obtaining clearances if you use generated media in advertising, entertainment, merchandise, client deliverables, or other public distribution.

We may access, review, remove, disable, preserve, or disclose inputs and outputs when reasonably necessary to operate the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, respond to support requests, investigate security issues, process billing disputes, address infringement or abuse reports, or protect users and third parties. Deleting an asset from your workspace may remove it from normal product views, but backup copies, logs, credit records, payment records, moderation records, and dispute records may remain for limited periods as described in the Privacy Policy. You should keep your own copies of important outputs because the service should not be treated as the sole archive for business-critical media.

Acceptable Use

You may use Image To Video Generator only for lawful, authorized, and responsible purposes. You may not use the service to create, request, upload, distribute, or assist with content that is illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, sexually exploitative, abusive toward minors, designed to incite violence, intended to facilitate self-harm, or otherwise likely to cause serious harm. You may not use Image To Video Generator to impersonate another person without authorization, mislead viewers about the source or authenticity of sensitive media, create deceptive political or financial materials, fabricate evidence, or produce content that would violate the rights or safety of real people.

You may not upload or generate content that infringes or misappropriates intellectual property, violates confidentiality duties, exposes private information without permission, uses a person's likeness in a way that violates applicable rights, or bypasses contractual restrictions attached to source material. You should take special care with minors, private individuals, public figures, medical or financial contexts, explicit or intimate material, law enforcement or government scenarios, and any content that could reasonably be understood as real footage of an event that did not happen. If a platform, client, employer, union, marketplace, or licensing arrangement requires disclosure of AI involvement, you are responsible for making that disclosure.

You may not interfere with the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, storage buckets, model endpoints, payment flows, admin tools, or private APIs. Prohibited technical conduct includes scraping beyond ordinary indexing, credential stuffing, automated account creation, rate-limit evasion, prompt or safety bypass attempts, malware distribution, vulnerability exploitation, reverse engineering where prohibited by law, using bots to exhaust generation capacity, reselling access without permission, or using the service as infrastructure for spam, phishing, fraud, or denial-of-service activity. You may not remove product notices, forge headers, manipulate credit ledgers, abuse promotional credits, or use stolen payment information.

We may enforce this Acceptable Use section through automated systems, manual review, provider feedback, payment-risk signals, user reports, law enforcement requests, or operational monitoring. Enforcement may include warning you, rejecting inputs, withholding outputs, removing assets, limiting downloads, reversing credits, disabling features, suspending or closing accounts, preserving evidence, refusing refunds, or reporting conduct where required or appropriate. We are not obligated to monitor every input or output, and the fact that a job completes does not mean the content is approved, lawful, or cleared for your intended use. You remain responsible for your conduct and for any harm caused by content you submit, generate, publish, or distribute.

Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions

Paid plans, subscription benefits, one-time credit packs, free credits, promotional credits, storage limits, model access, and generation costs are described in the product interface, pricing page, checkout, or related account screens. Prices, taxes, included credits, renewal periods, model availability, and credit costs may change prospectively, and any change will apply according to the notice or checkout terms shown at the time. Credits are a limited, non-cash product balance for eligible Image To Video Generator services. They are not a bank account, stored-value instrument, gift card unless expressly labeled as one, or general-purpose currency, and they cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Credits may be reserved, held, deducted, restored, or adjusted when a generation job is submitted, queued, processed, completed, retried, canceled, rejected, failed, or reviewed according to the billing logic in effect for the selected feature. Some features may consume different numbers of credits depending on model, resolution, duration, input mode, retry behavior, or provider cost. The product may show estimates before submission, but the final credit treatment may depend on the actual job status recorded by our systems and service providers. We may correct obvious ledger errors, reverse promotional abuse, restore credits for certain platform failures, or deduct credits that were mistakenly granted or not charged.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date through the billing portal, account controls, or support process we make available. By starting a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the recurring fees, taxes, and other amounts presented at checkout until the subscription is canceled or otherwise ended. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already incurred. Your access to paid features, included credits, storage treatment, and model availability after cancellation may continue until the end of the paid billing period or may change according to the plan terms shown in the product.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers, and their terms may also apply to checkout, customer portals, fraud screening, payment methods, invoices, chargebacks, currency conversion, and bank processing times. You are responsible for keeping payment information current and for paying taxes, fees, or charges associated with your purchase unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or appears unauthorized, we may limit access, pause renewal, withhold credits, suspend downloads, or close the account after reasonable review. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and do not create a right to free continued use of paid features.

Storage and Deletion

Generated images, uploaded source images, videos, thumbnails, prompts, model selections, job statuses, error messages, credit transactions, and related metadata may be stored so that Image To Video Generator can provide the Assets library, show job history, support downloads, recover from processing failures, investigate abuse, respond to support tickets, calculate billing, and maintain service reliability. Storage is a product feature, not a permanent archival service, unless a specific plan expressly says otherwise. Plan descriptions, account screens, or product notices may set limits on the number of assets, storage duration, file size, format, or access rights available to a particular account. Those limits may differ between free users, subscribers, canceled subscribers, and accounts under review.

You may delete assets from your workspace using the controls available in the product. Deletion generally removes the asset from normal product views and may make it unavailable for future download, display, or reuse. However, deletion may not immediately erase every copy from backups, logs, caches, provider systems, security records, billing records, moderation records, or dispute files. We may retain limited records where necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, preserve evidence, maintain accounting records, resolve chargebacks, enforce these terms, or restore systems after an incident. We aim to avoid retaining content longer than reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Because generated assets may be important to your projects, you should download and maintain your own copies of outputs that you need for business, client, compliance, portfolio, or publishing purposes. Image To Video Generator is not responsible for your failure to save assets before deleting them, before a plan changes, before a storage period expires, after an account is suspended for violation of these terms, or after a provider outage affects availability, except where liability cannot be limited by law. We may not be able to recover deleted or expired assets, even if limited metadata or billing records remain.

We may also remove, quarantine, or disable access to assets if they appear to violate these terms, create legal risk, contain malware, infringe rights, expose private information, trigger provider restrictions, or are subject to a valid legal request. If an asset is removed for policy reasons, you may lose access to that asset and may not be entitled to a credit restoration or refund. If you close your account or request deletion of personal information, we will handle the request under the Privacy Policy, subject to legal, billing, security, and operational retention needs.

Availability and Liability

Image To Video Generator is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to provide a reliable service, but AI generation depends on many systems that may not be fully within our control, including model providers, storage providers, payment processors, authentication providers, content delivery networks, browsers, local networks, and user devices. Outages, queue delays, degraded model performance, failed uploads, failed downloads, maintenance windows, rate limits, provider incidents, DNS issues, or browser incompatibilities may occur. We may change, pause, or discontinue features when needed for security, provider compliance, cost control, legal compliance, or product development.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image To Video Generator disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, accuracy, availability, and suitability for any particular commercial, professional, legal, advertising, or regulated use. We do not warrant that outputs will satisfy your expectations, that prompts will produce consistent results, that generated media will be free of artifacts, that a model will remain available, or that the service will meet the requirements of a client, platform, marketplace, insurer, regulator, or court. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image To Video Generator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including lost revenue, lost business opportunity, lost goodwill, lost data, substitute service costs, reputational harm, or claims arising from your publication, distribution, reliance on, or inability to use generated media. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or another legal theory, and even if we were advised that such damages might occur. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for intentional misconduct where such limitation is prohibited.

If Image To Video Generator is found liable despite the above limitations, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Image To Video Generator for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 United States dollars, unless applicable law requires a higher amount. You agree to indemnify and hold Image To Video Generator harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your inputs, outputs, account activity, breach of these terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
